SHIPPING WITH PHIL YOUR AQUARIUM

We will be using Fedex for shipping. By using Fedex, you are protecting yourself and your package in case anything happens to it because they are more likely to cover your shipping charges should it not get to you on time. All of our corals are packed with extra bags to prevent leakage, put into a styrofoam box with a heat pack, and mailed straight to your door! Please be sure to set up a time with us for when you'll receive your package. When you open the package, you'll see that we have handled everything with the best care.

Unfortunately, we are not offering free shipping at this time. Our already rock-bottom prices don't really allow much wiggle room on shipping. We do not make any money on shipping, and we're including the box charge in our flat shipping rates already. While other sites hide the shipping cost in their pricing, we find it easier to be upfront with you so you know exactly what you're paying for high-end coral.

To cut down on shipping we always suggest putting together a few people in your area to order with; in the end you'll end up with a lot more coral for a lot less money. Join your local reef club today!

CANCELLATIONS We will be more than happy to cancel your order if you notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. If the coral has already been shipped out, we will be unable to cancel your transaction. There will be no refunds or credit for cancellations on packages that have already been shipped.
