When you purchase live corals and inverts from Phil Your Aquarium, this includes guaranteed live arrival ONLY if you choose UPS as your shipping option. Any packages with the shipping option of USPS will void our arrive alive guarantee. All shipments require signature for delivery, and we will work with you to setup an appropriate delivery date to fit your schedule. With our 100% Risk Free Guarantee, this ensures that in the case of a DOA (provided that you follow the exact DOA Claim information that we list here), we will issue store credit back to your account which can be used on any future purchase. There will be no cash returns or returns on shipping credited to your account. Our Guarantee does not cover orders delivered to addresses where temperatures are presently below 40° F or above 90° F. Guarantee is void in the occurrence of late delivery, lost package, damaged package, acts of God, and other carrier faults. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Once in a while, it is unfortunate that there are cases of Dead on Arrival specimens due to things that we cannot control. We want you, our customer, to know that although it may not be Phil Your Aquarium’s fault, we are more than happy to keep up with our Arrive Alive guarantee terms above. In order to claim your D.O.A, please follow the directions below:

• A clear picture of the specimen in the bag must be sent in an e-mail with a timestamp within three hours of delivery to [email protected].
  
• We will e-mail you confirmation of receipt of your e-mail to ensure that you will be taken care of.
  
• After we review your DOA Claim, we will issue you store credit in the form of a unique coupon code that you may use for future purchases on www.PhilYourAquarium.com.
  
• Please note that any shipping fees made on the order are FINAL. We will refund you the amount of the item you purchased, less any original shipping fees any items that are still alive. Shipping charges are always non-refundable.
  
• Any verbal terms made over the phone will not be upheld. All transactions must follow with a written e-mail.
